Hospitality is the heart of our work, a passion to which we tirelessly dedicate our care. Our rooms are intentionally unique in colors, space, and perspective, yet each guarantees a peaceful retreat. Every window frames views of the village and the hills, inspiring a sense of “slowing down time.”
Rooms & Mini-Apartments with Authentic Warmth
We offer our guests two single rooms, four double/twin rooms, and two romantic mini-apartments. The accommodations are distributed over two floors and can be easily reached via elevator.
Our Rooms
Our rooms can accommodate up to 5 guests, as they can be tailored from single rooms to suites. We are happy to welcome couples, groups of friends, and families.
All rooms are fully accessible (barrier-free), and the common areas on the ground floor are designed for easy mobility.

Mini-Apartments
We offer two fully equipped mini-apartments, perfectly functional for those wishing to stay in complete autonomy for short or long periods.
They feature a fully equipped kitchen with a living area, a spacious bathroom with a shower, and a large double bedroom. Located on the first floor and the attic floor, they enjoy beautiful views of the garden and the village.
They can accommodate up to 4 guests (three adults and one child).
Our apartments are fully accessible (barrier-free) and designed to ensure comfort and accessibility; the ground-floor common areas feature spacious and functional layouts.

Rates, Terms & Conditions
Rooms are located across two floors. Suites and single rooms feature a private bathroom, while double/twin rooms share a bathroom with an adjacent room.
Our two mini-apartments are located on two different floors and are equipped with a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom.
Ca’ Lodola has been recently renovated using materials and technologies that grant it an A++ energy efficiency rating. The design combines the warmth of the early 20th century with modern elements, creating a unique harmony that evokes the cozy feeling of “Grandma’s House.”
Rates vary depending on the season (Low, High, Peak), the number of guests, and their age (adults, teens, children, infants).
Breakfast featuring typical local products is always included. It is served in the ground-floor “grandma’s kitchen” or, during summer, on the outdoor patio in front of the living room, shaded by a large umbrella.
- Start/end of stay
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Please inform the reception in advance if you require different times. - Extra Charges (per day/person):
For long stays, bed linen is changed weekly. Additional linen changes are available upon request at €5.00 per room. - Deposit & Payment:
A deposit equal to 50% of the total amount is always required, unless pre-paid through booking portals. Alternatively, credit card details can be provided as a guarantee, allowing you to pay directly at the property. For stays of 7 days or longer, advance payment is required at the beginning of each week. - Corporate Agreements:
Special conditions and rates are reserved for companies with corporate agreements. - Cancellation Policy & Penalties:
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the total booked period (the full deposit will be retained).
In case of a No-Show (cancellation on the day of arrival or failure to show up), the full amount of the reservation will be charged (100% penalty).
In the event of an early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the remaining booked stay will apply. - Special Packages:
Special offers and packages tied to local events and festivals can be found in our News section at specific times of the year. - Invoices
Italian companies must provide their Unique Code (Codice Univoco) and PEC email address for electronic invoicing at the time of booking or when requesting the bill. If this information is not provided, a non-refundable accommodation receipt will be issued instead. - Accessible & Family Rooms:

Small pets are welcome free of charge. Medium and large pets are allowed upon request at a fee of €15.00 per stay. - Accepted Credit Cards:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CartaSì, and Debit Cards (Bancomat). Checks are not accepted. - Required Documents:
Upon registration, identification documents (ID card, driver’s license, or passport) for all guests (including infants) must be sent VIA EMAIL to info@calodola.it.
Breakfast at Ca’ Lodola
Your journey into the flavors of the Emilia region begins here. Every morning, we offer a selection of wholesome products sourced from our land and selected local producers. Enjoy our Italian buffet breakfast, prepared with seasonal ingredients and served in “grandma’s kitchen” or outdoors on sunny days.
- What you will find: Home-baked cakes, fresh bread, artisan jams and compotes, butter, honey, Nutella, biscuits, rusks, cereals, hard-boiled eggs, along with a full coffee and tea service and fruit juices.
- Intolerances & Allergies: A dedicated breakfast with specific gluten-free products is available for celiac guests. To ensure the best possible service, we kindly ask you to inform us of any dietary needs or preferences in advance.
For guests staying in our rooms, this local breakfast is included and served outdoors on sunny days.
Available from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
Please note: If only one guest room is occupied, breakfast will be provided as a self-service option.
