The first-floor mini-apartment enjoys a magnificent view of the Ca’ Lodola garden, ensuring peace and comfort. The interior space is beautifully divided into a kitchen-living area, a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, and a comfortable bathroom with a walk-in shower.
In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to ensure autonomy and functionality, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete independence within a serene and welcoming atmosphere.
The bedroom is large, featuring a wardrobe suitable for longer stays. You can relax on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room and easily prepare all your meals (breakfast is not included). The kitchenette is fully equipped with all necessary tableware and utensils (set for 4 people)..
The sleeping arrangements accommodate two people in the main bedroom and two additional guests in the living room on a large single/french sofa bed (ideal for one adult and one child).
*Minimum stay: 2 people, 2 nights. Upon request, the mini-apartment is available for long stays (exceeding two weeks) at special rates starting from €900.00 per month during the low season.
